نادي كوكي الشهر (دزينة واحدة)

The peppermint swirl cookies in December were so beautifully decorated I almost didn't want to eat them, but the shortbread flavor won me over.

The pumpkins and ghosts in the October batch were so detailed, my kids didn't want to eat them at first. Each cookie was soft and the royal icing had a nice snap that wasn't too hard. This club has become our favorite monthly surprise to share with neighbors.

My cousin absolutely loved getting the first box as a housewarming gift—she texted me a photo of the cookie shapes right away. The seasonal variety kept things interesting, and the icing had just the right sweetness.
