عقد التوت الأزرق - عدة خبز منزلية من كرامبل كريت

The blueberry compote smelled amazing as I was rolling it into the dough, and the Swedish pearl sugar gave each knot a nice little crunch. The whole process was surprisingly easy without needing a mixer, just my hands.

I was a little skeptical about tying the knots, but the dough is surprisingly forgiving and the blueberry compote stays put. Finished batch in under two hours, and the pearl sugar gave them that satisfying little crunch.

The dough came together so quickly with just a spoon, and the blueberry compote was the perfect consistency for filling. I loved that no stand mixer was needed, and the Swedish pearl sugar gave each knot a lovely little crunch.
