ماكارون جوز الهند - مجموعة الخبز المنزلي من كرامبل كريت

The golden syrup in the mix is the real difference-maker—my shells came out with that nice chewy center and a crisp, browned edge just like the description says. Took a bit of patience to get the piping right, but the shredded coconut did most of the texture work for me.

I was pleasantly surprised by how the shredded coconut created such a satisfying crunch on the outside while the inside stayed perfectly chewy. The caramel note from the golden syrup really sets this apart from other macaroon mixes I’ve tried.

The golden syrup in this kit made a real difference—the inside stayed soft and chewy while the outside got that perfect crisp. I’ve never had macaroons turn out this well from a box mix before.
