I ordered the Youth Small for my nephew and it fits him perfectly without being too tight. The cotton lining makes it comfortable for him to wear during our outdoor walks.

The fleece exterior is incredibly soft, and the cotton lining makes it comfy even on cold morning runs. I picked the Small A size and it fits snug without feeling tight, so it stays put all day.
