مجموعة آيس كريم الموتشي لليلة رومانسية

The matcha powder gave our mochi a lovely earthy sweetness, and making 32 pieces meant we had plenty for snacking all weekend. We split it into two batches to try both flavors, and the process was easier than I expected.

Tried this with my partner last Friday and the matcha powder is really smooth, not bitter. We made 8 pieces in one batch and had a blast rolling them.

The matcha and cocoa powders included made it easy to get creative right away without buying extra ingredients. We made our first batch last night and the mochi turned out perfectly chewy with just the right sweetness.
