I wasn't sure about making pasta from scratch, but the porcini mushroom filling is so rich and earthy that we felt like we were at a fancy restaurant. The truffle added that perfect finishing touch, and the stamp made cutting the ravioli squares incredibly easy.

The porcini mushroom filling was incredibly rich and earthy, and the 00 flour made rolling out the pasta dough so smooth. We had so much fun using the square ravioli stamp together, and the truffle drizzle on top felt like a real splurge.

The ravioli stamp is surprisingly sturdy and cuts clean edges every time. The porcini filling has a deep, earthy flavor that made the meal feel special for a weeknight date. Only wish the truffle component was a bit more pronounced.
