The Detox tea in this two-week supply has a surprisingly pleasant earthy taste that doesn't need any sweetener, and the tea bags are full of visible herbs rather than dust. It's been a nice ritual to sip on during my afternoon fasts.

The 28-day supply of fasting tea has become my steady morning ritual, making my intermittent fasting hours much easier to handle. I also appreciate that the detox tea comes in separate bags for a two-week reset.

I’ve been using the immunity tea during my fasting windows and it actually makes the hours easier to get through. The loose herbals in the tea bags brew up nicely without that powdery mess I’ve had with other blends.
