I’ve been genuinely surprised how much better the texture is compared to any gluten-free marshmallow I’ve tried—light, fluffy, and doesn’t turn to dust the next day. The organic marshmallow root gives a subtle earthy sweetness I didn’t expect but now crave.

The monthly box is my favorite little ritual now—each batch feels handcrafted, and the texture from the beef gelatin is genuinely pillowy, not rubbery. Even the natural colors look pretty in my hot cocoa without any weird aftertaste.

I had no idea marshmallows could taste so clean and complex until I tried the cardamom one. The texture is genuinely fluffy and airy, nothing like the stale store-bought kind.
