The 4oz bags are perfect for someone like me who likes to switch up flavors without committing to a giant bag, and the freshness of the roast is immediately obvious when you open the first one.

The three 4oz bags are the perfect size for someone like me who can't commit to a huge bag before knowing if I like it. I really appreciated that each one was a different, carefully chosen roast so I could compare them side by side over the month.

I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness—the beans arrived just days after roasting. The 4oz bags are perfect for trying different origins without committing to a full pound, though I wish there were more flavor details on the packaging.
