These warmed up perfectly for a chilly morning treat. The orange and gingerbread flavor is just right, not too sweet, and the brioche texture is surprisingly light for gluten-free.

Bought these for a cozy Sunday breakfast and they nailed it—the gingerbread spice is warm without being heavy, and the orange adds just enough brightness. They're soft and brioche-like, which I didn't expect from a gluten-free bun. Great with a bit of butter.

Baked these for a weekend breakfast and they were gone in minutes. They're genuinely soft and brioche-like, which I didn't expect from a gluten-free bun, and the spiced orange note warms up the whole kitchen. Perfect for a chilly morning with coffee.
