The guided meditations are straightforward and easy to follow, which I appreciated for my morning routine. The sage stick feels a bit thin, but the stone selection adds a calming ritual to the whole experience.

The stones in the selection are a nice touch—each one feels different in my hand, and I appreciate having the sage stick to use alongside the meditation track. Been using it to wind down after work, and it really helps clear my head.

The guided meditation paired with the sage stick really helped me settle into a calm state faster than my usual solo attempts. I also love how the stones feel intuitively aligned, adding a nice grounding touch to the whole ritual.
