Mind & Gut Connection Box

I’ve been taking the supplement kit for two weeks and already notice less bloating after meals. The essential oil roll-on has a calming herbal scent that helps settle my stomach before bed.

The morning ritual of taking the herb blend and then rubbing the roll-on on my wrist has somehow calmed my digestion noticeably. I like that it's a complete 30-day set, so I don't have to think about reordering for a full month.

I wasn't sure a supplement and oil set would make a difference, but the herb blend in the capsules seems well thought out and gives me steady energy. The roll-on is nice for a quick calming scent mid-day, though I wish the oils lasted a bit longer.
