JoyBox

I was skeptical about a subscription box for mindfulness, but the focus-enhancing activities have genuinely helped me get more done. The monthly delivery feels like a small gift to myself that keeps me present with my family.

The focus-enhancing activities are exactly what I need to reset after a busy day. My first box's breathing exercise card was a simple but effective way to pull my mind back to the moment.

After a chaotic work week, the arrival of my first JoyBox was a perfect reset. I loved how the focus-enhancing activities inside helped me actually unplug and be present with my kids instead of just scrolling on my phone.
