Finally got my first box and the included guided journal prompt cards are such a thoughtful touch, really helps me slow down and actually process things. Already dreading the day I run out.

I’m usually skeptical about subscription boxes, but this one actually helped me refocus—the included guide on how to use each tool made the difference. The monthly theme shift keeps it fresh, and at $55 in value, it feels worth the money for the mental health push I needed.

I was pleasantly surprised by the detailed guides that came with each item, showing exactly how to use them for stress relief. The aromatherapy roller from this month's box has become my go-to for anxiety at work.
