Three months in, and the single-origin samples keep surprising me—the rotating selection is a great way to explore regions I’d never pick myself. Only wish the box came with tasting notes, since I’m still learning to tell the flavor profiles apart.

The rotating selection means I’m never bored, and the medium roast from last month had such a smooth, chocolatey finish that it’s now my morning go-to. The packaging keeps the beans fresh perfectly, too.

The surprise of discovering a new single-origin region each month is exactly what my morning routine needed. I brewed the first bag and the flavor notes were noticeably more complex than my usual grocery store beans.
