Nuevo Box (2024)

The green chile enchilada kit actually tasted like it came from a Santa Fe kitchen, not a cardboard box. I've already pre-ordered my next box after the first shipment.

I was skeptical about subscription boxes, but this one's been a pleasant surprise — each month's 4-5 dishes taste like they were pulled straight from a Santa Fe kitchen, not a warehouse. The green chile stew this time was the standout, and the variety keeps me excited to open the box.

The monthly box always feels like a mini trip to New Mexico, and the 4-5 items are a good mix I’ve never seen in regular stores. The chile heat is bold but not overwhelming, and the flavors are so distinct that I’m already looking forward to next month’s delivery.
