بالو سانتو

Burned a piece before my morning meditation and the sweet, calming smoke really did shift the room's energy. It's sustainably sourced too, so I feel good about using it.

Burning a piece of this wood instantly cleared the heavy feeling in my room after a stressful day. The scent is rich and sweet but not overpowering, making my meditation sessions noticeably deeper. I've already ordered more because one stick lasts through several uses.

The smell is really nice and lingers longer than I expected when I burn it during my short meditation breaks. I do wish the sticks were a bit thicker for the price, but it still does the job.
