The mystery herb was a really fun surprise, and I love that the box encourages you to actually learn about each one. Already made a few cups of the hawthorn and yarrow blend, feels like a calming little ritual.

I was skeptical about a tea kit for heart health, but the yarrow is surprisingly smooth and slightly bitter in a pleasant way. The mystery herb turned out to be lemon balm—that was a nice, calming surprise after a stressful day.

The hawthorn in this kit is floral and gentle, not bitter like I expected, and it's fun steeping the mystery herb each evening. I've already noticed my energy feels steadier since using the blends regularly.
