I was blown away by how soft and chewy these cookies stayed, even after a few days in my pantry. The salted caramel one had just the right balance of sweet and salty, which is hard to find.

I was skeptical about "gourmet cookies" being worth the price, but the salted caramel one had a perfectly chewy center with gooey bits that didn't feel artificial. They arrived fresh and each cookie had its own distinct flavor profile.

The chocolate chunk cookie was so decadent and soft, exactly what I was craving. I love that I could pick exactly which flavors went into the box—no more fighting over the last one.
