I was skeptical about a tea for PMS, but the hibiscus and chamomile blend is surprisingly soothing, and it genuinely helps me unwind during that time of the month. The natural sweetness from the licorice root means I don't even need to add honey.

The rose buds and hibiscus make it taste like a floral treat, not a medicinal tea, which I honestly didn't expect. Sipping this in the evening genuinely calms my cramps and helps me unwind.

Bloat and crankiness had me desperate, and this tea actually helped settle my stomach within 20 minutes. The rose buds give it a delicate floral note that I didn't expect to like so much.
