I'm a caregiver for my brother and my "me time" has basically been nonexistent for years. Opening this box felt like someone actually saw me, and the whole subscription is built around giving us caregivers a moment to breathe without guilt.

I was skeptical another subscription would help, but the self-care items in this box actually fit my schedule. The aromatherapy roller was a nice touch for quick calm moments.

The monthly box feels like a little permission slip to breathe, and the care put into each item shows someone actually understands what this life is like. It’s the one thing I don’t have to plan or think about, which is exactly what I need right now.
