I was skeptical about sardines but the protein per can is surprisingly high for the portion size. The omega-3s are a nice bonus for a quick lunch.

The mackerel was my first pick and honestly it blew me away — firm, rich, and way better than the canned tuna I grew up on. I’m already looking forward to next month’s box just to see what new fish lands on my doorstep.

Finally tried the sardines from this month’s shipment and was surprised how mild they are—way less fishy than I expected. The texture holds up perfectly in a salad, and the Omega-3s make it feel like a healthy treat. Already looking forward to next box.
