بسكويت الشوفان والزبيب النباتي

I love that they bake these fresh each month instead of shipping stale cookies. The oatmeal raisin flavor is perfectly sweet without being cloying, and the texture is soft and chewy.

I was skeptical a vegan cookie could pull off that classic chewy texture, but the oats are perfectly soft and the raisins are plump, not dried out. The fact that a fresh dozen shows up on my doorstep every single month makes it dangerously easy to justify a mid-afternoon treat.

Three months in and these still taste fresh out of the oven each time. The subscription makes it easy to always have a sweet vegan treat on hand, and they never get stale in the mail.
