I was pleasantly surprised by the Guatemalan roast this month—the beans had a rich, smooth flavor that made my morning cup feel special. The 8oz bag is just the right amount to enjoy without going stale.

The Colombia Supremo was a great pick this month, and the 8oz bag hit the sweet spot for my daily pour-over. I'm already looking forward to seeing if the Brazil batch rotates in next time.

The Sumatra this month had that deep, earthy body I look for—really satisfying with a bit of dark chocolate in the finish. It's a solid 8oz bag too, just enough to last me through morning brews without getting stale.
