Kit ravioli artigianali per serata romantica

The natural colors from the beet and spinach powders made our dumplings look almost too pretty to eat, and the dough was surprisingly easy to work with. We had so much fun rolling and pleating together, and ended up with enough for two meals plus leftovers.

We made forty dumplings on our first date night and the pleating guide made it surprisingly easy to shape each one perfectly. The dough was so smooth to work with, and the final batch turned out even better than I expected.

The vibrant purple and green dough colors made our dumplings look stunning, and the batch size was perfect for a fun, messy evening together. We had so much laughter trying to master the pleating technique described in the guide, and the final result tasted just as good as it looked.
