BBQ of the Month Club

I was skeptical about a meat subscription, but the grass-fed quality is noticeably better than grocery store cuts. The 14-hour brisket was perfectly tender and saved me a whole day of cooking.

The fully cooked brisket was surprisingly tender after just reheating, and the grass-fed steaks in the last box had fantastic marbling. I've been looking forward to the monthly delivery all week.
