MRB | 7A Bamboo Drumsticks

I was surprised how light they are compared to my old hickory sticks, but the bamboo’s density really helps with durability. The high shoulder makes rimshots sound clean without extra effort, and the lacquer-free grip keeps my hands from slipping during long sessions.

I was skeptical about bamboo sticks, but these are noticeably lighter than my usual hickory pair and my wrists don’t ache after long practice sessions. The drop tip gives a really clean cymbal crash too.

The high shoulder on these makes rimshots feel effortless, and they’re noticeably lighter than my old oak pair without losing any rebound. Played a two-hour set and my hands weren’t cramping at all.
