I wasn’t sure about a coffee subscription at first, but the first bag I got—a medium roast from a small roaster I’d never heard of—was genuinely exciting to brew. It’s a nice surprise every month, and the flavor is way more interesting than my usual grocery aisle pick.

This subscription has me looking forward to mornings again. I love that each bag comes with tasting notes, so I actually learn something about the roast while I drink it.

The unboxing alone perks me up more than my usual drip brew—there's a real sense of surprise each month that beats grabbing the same bag off the shelf. I've already found two new favorite roasts I'd never have picked myself, and the variety keeps my mornings from feeling like a repeat.
