素晴らしいお客様でいてくださりありがとうございます

The handwritten note on the card made me feel genuinely appreciated, not like just another sale. I've already decided to use the discount code included for my next order. It's a small touch, but it turned a simple thank-you into something memorable.

Opened the box expecting just a thank-you note, but the presentation from Cratejoy felt genuinely thoughtful, which made the gesture land way better than a plain email. The card itself arrived in perfect condition, no bends or smudges, which honestly shows they care about the little details.

The card itself feels sturdy, not flimsy like some thank-you notes I've gotten, and the message is warm without being over the top. It's a small touch, but it made the whole unboxing feel more personal.
