君ならできる！ベニー＆ジェニーバニーの冒険：わたしは読める幼稚園向け絵本（わたしは読めるキッズブックス ブック12）

My 5-year-old loved following Benny’s struggles with the bike pedals—it sparked a great talk about not giving up. The simple sentences helped him read most of it on his own, and the encouragement from Jenny really hit home for him.

My nephew struggles with new things, so this story about Benny learning to ride his red bike really clicked for him. I loved how it shows him assembling the bike and then getting encouragement from his sister, it made the challenge feel real.

Got this for my kindergartner who’s just starting to read on his own, and the simple words and short sentences make it perfect for him. He actually giggled when Benny wobbled on the red bike. It’s nice to have a book that gently teaches persistence without being preachy.
