Opened the box and was immediately struck by how complex the first bitters smell — floral but with a spicy kick. Used a few drops in my gin and tonic and it totally transformed the drink. Already looking forward to the next seasonal delivery.

The timing of these drops is genius — I've already used the winter solstice batch to experiment with old fashioneds and even a spiced cider. Each bottle feels like a mini discovery, and the seasonal release keeps my bar cart interesting without me having to think about it.

I love that each delivery feels like a sneak peek into what's coming next, and the small batch approach makes each one taste truly unique. The cardamom-forward blend from last season was a game-changer in my old fashioned.
