《画给孩子的中国历史》精装漫画彩绘本

My seven-year-old has been flipping through the 21 dynasties on his own every night since it arrived. The timeline of different ruling periods is laid out so clearly even a kid can follow it.

The illustrations of daily life in the Tang dynasty really bring ancient China to life for my child. Each of the 21 dynasties is broken down into bite-sized pages, making it easy to read one or two sections before bed. My son now asks to read it instead of watching cartoons.

My 7-year-old grabbed this book before I could even unwrap it, and now he’s the one telling me about the Tang Dynasty at dinner. The 21 dynasties are laid out so clearly that he actually remembers the order, which I never expected from a comic-style history book.
