Meditatie Essentials Box

The incense and the little singing bowl were my favorites from the box, and they’ve genuinely made my evening sits feel more grounded. It’s nice having everything from different traditions in one place, so I can switch things up without buying a bunch of separate stuff.

I was a bit skeptical about a meditation kit being "complete," but the variety here genuinely surprised me—the incense sticks have an earthy scent that doesn't overwhelm the room, and the small zafu cushion is firmer than I expected, which really helps my posture during longer sits.

The singing bowl included in this kit has a surprisingly clear, resonant tone that lingers for a long time. It’s made my evening sits feel much more grounded.
