Astronauts: A Kid's Guide To Space, The Stars, Planets, The Solar System, The Moon and Flying Out Of This World

The rocket and planet sections are laid out so clearly that my daughter actually reads me facts instead of the other way around. She’s already asking when we can build a model of the solar system, and I’m not mad about it at all.

My six-year-old hasn’t put it down since it arrived—she keeps reading me random facts about the rockets and aliens. The illustrations on the planets page are what really pulled her in, and now she’s asking to watch real shuttle launches.

The planet section finally got my nephew asking questions instead of just staring at screens, and the rocket illustrations kept him flipping pages on his own. It's the first space book that actually holds his attention past the first few pages.
