Babka is an Eastern European yeasted bread, similar to brioche with sweet filling. The bread is braided and twisted for its signature look prior to baking. Traditionally made with a chocolate or cinnamon filling, our babkas include matcha and black sesame, strawberry cheesecake, feta and herb and more.
