Hannah ★★★★★

I love that the box includes actual self-care products alongside the mental health reminders, not just cards. The little bath salts are already helping me unwind after tough days.

Leo ★★★★★

The little affirmation cards inside genuinely made me tear up—they hit exactly what I needed to hear. The hand cream is also a nice touch for winding down after a stressful day.

Jason ★★★★★

Opened it on a rough morning and the reminders inside actually stopped me mid-spiral—the “you are never alone” card hit harder than I expected. The self-care items are practical too, not just pretty to look at. Worth every penny for anyone who needs a tangible nudge.
