Thicker and darker than any supermarket balsamic I've tried—you can see it cling to the spoon. The sweetness from the Lambrusco must comes through nicely without being syrupy, and it’s already become my go-to for drizzling over roasted veggies.

I didn't expect a balsamic this young to pour so slowly, but the thickness is exactly what I wanted for drizzling over burrata. The dark Lambrusco must gives it a deep, almost syrupy sweetness that holds up without any thinning.
