The first box's digital kitchen scale has already replaced my old clunky one, and I love that the recipes build on each other month to month. I've actually used the video tutorial to finally master a decent pie crust, which is more than I can say for any cookbook I've owned.

I didn’t expect the step-by-step video tutorials to make such a difference, but they’ve totally changed how I tackle laminated dough. The included bench scraper is just the right weight, and each month’s foundation actually builds on the last, so my croissants finally look like croissants.

The parchment paper templates in the first box made lining my cake pans perfectly for the first time. Already looking forward to next month's foundation skill.
