The first bag I tried had a bold, smoky heat that really stood out from mass-market jerky. It's surprisingly tender without being dry, and the portion size feels generous for the price.

The texture is perfect—chewy without being tough, and the seasoning is bold without being overpowering. I've already signed up for another month because I'm curious what other small producers they'll feature. This subscription is a fun way to try jerky I'd never find on my own.

This is the juiciest, most flavorful jerky I've had in a while — the smoky-sweet glaze really sets it apart. I love that it comes from a small producer you’d never find in a regular store. Already looking forward to next month's box.
