The roux alone was worth the subscription—thick, dark, and exactly what my jambalaya needed. Having seven full-size bottles and jars show up monthly means I never run out of seasoning when the craving hits. This box turned my Sunday cookouts into a legit Louisiana feast.

I've been perfecting my gumbo for years, but the dark roux we got in this crate finally gave it that deep, rich flavor I was chasing. The whole box felt like a personal tour of a Louisiana pantry.

The BBQ sauce in this month's crate was the real deal, thick and smoky with that perfect tang. I've already used it on ribs and chicken, and it brought a taste of Louisiana to my backyard.
