The temperature and pressure sensors are surprisingly accurate for a DIY kit, and the assembly was straightforward enough to keep my curiosity piqued without any frustration. I’ve been checking it against my car’s gauge and it’s within a degree every time.

The humidity readings matched my local weather app almost perfectly, which was a nice surprise for a DIY kit. I had a lot of fun putting it together and watching the temperature change in real time during a cold front.

The pressure sensor is incredibly responsive, jumping within seconds when I walk from my basement to the backyard. Assembling the kit made me actually understand how barometric trends work, which is way more satisfying than a fancy app could ever be.
