Bamboo is much harder than the plastic boards I used to use, so I don't see any knife marks after chopping. It's the perfect size for slicing up vegetables for dinner without taking over the counter.

The logo burned into the bamboo is a nice touch, and the board's compact size fits perfectly in my small kitchen without taking up counter space. I've been using it daily for chopping veggies and it still looks brand new.
