DIY Seasonal Succulent Kits

The winter kit was a perfect rainy-day project—the terrarium came together in about twenty minutes and the succulents looked surprisingly healthy straight out of the box. I've already ordered the spring one to try next.

The spring kit's brightly colored sand layers looked almost too pretty to disturb, but building the terrarium with my daughter was the perfect rainy Saturday activity. Everything arrived intact and the succulents were healthy and plump.

I got the winter kit and spent a cozy afternoon layering the charcoal and soil in the glass container. The included succulent cuttings were plump and healthy, and the whole setup took about 20 minutes.
