摩洛凱島－達米安神父的故事 DVD

I wasn’t expecting to get so emotionally invested, but the scene where Fr. Damien quietly bandages the leper’s hands really got to me. The DVD’s picture quality is crisp for its age, and the story of his sacrifice lingers long after the credits roll.

The black-and-white cinematography really captures the era, and the scene where he first arrives on the island is beautifully shot. It’s a moving story that held my attention throughout.

The scene where he first arrives on the island is so powerfully acted, it alone is worth the purchase. And the DVD transfer itself is surprisingly clean and sharp for an older film, no scratches or glitches. A moving story that really stays with you.
