每月兒童造就美國信函

The illustrations in each letter are so detailed that my daughter spends almost as long studying the drawings as she does reading the stories. It's sparked some really thoughtful conversations about kids her age from different time periods.

My son actually asks me if it's "letter day" now—that's how much he looks forward to these. The illustrated format makes each historical kid feel real, and it's sparked dinner conversations about America's past we never had before.

My son is not usually into history, but the illustrated letter format really caught his attention and he actually asked to read it aloud together. It's a clever way to teach about kids from the past without feeling like a textbook.
