我的我是盒子

I wasn’t sure about a monthly box at first, but the I Am cards actually give me a quick, focused mental reset each morning. The variety of activities in each month’s box keeps the reflection feeling fresh, not repetitive.

The first box's reflection journal really helped me dig into my own "I am" statements. I've been using the daily prompts every morning for a week, and it's already shifting how I talk to myself.

I didn't expect the monthly affirmation cards to be printed on such thick, matte paper—they feel really premium in hand. It's been a nice ritual to set my intention each morning with the new theme.
