小禪意禮盒

I was pleasantly surprised by the weighted eye pillow included in the box—it really helps me unwind after a long day. The guided journal prompts have already helped me notice little moments of gratitude I usually overlook.

The little card with breathing exercises was a thoughtful touch I didn't expect. The five items inside felt carefully chosen and not just random filler. Opened it after a rough day and the calming scent from the sachet genuinely helped me unwind.

I was pleasantly surprised by the variety—the box had a lovely mix of items like a smooth worry stone and a tiny journal, plus the instruction card made using them feel effortless. It's become my favorite wind-down activity after a long day.
