ParentingEQ Junior (ages 8-11)

I wasn't sure a box could teach emotional skills, but the communication exercises got my 10-year-old talking about feelings he usually hides. The guided activities around empathy felt natural, not forced.

My 9-year-old actually asked to keep going with the empathy exercises after we finished the first box. The communication prompts are written at just the right level for this age group.

The guided activities in box two really helped my son practice naming his feelings before he gets upset. I’ve noticed him taking a few deep breaths on his own after we finished the self-regulation exercises.
