過往盒子：深層排毒

I've been rotating through the projects and herbs all week, and my skin feels noticeably clearer—the burdock and nettles really live up to the "deep detox" name. The included journal prompts actually kept me engaged, which is rare for me with kits like this.

The nettle and burdock combo in this kit made my skin feel noticeably clearer after about a week of daily use. I also love that the projects gave me something hands-on to do while the teas steeped, which made the whole detox ritual feel more intentional.

The kidney tea blend is surprisingly pleasant to sip—mild and earthy without being bitter. I’ve already worked through two of the included projects, and they actually made me feel more mindful about supporting my liver. Clever little box for a Sunday reset.
