I was skeptical a deck of cards could actually calm me down, but the 50 exercises are so varied that I always find something that fits the moment. Used it on a crowded bus today for a two-minute breathing trick and walked off feeling genuinely lighter.

The pocket-sized format is perfect for slipping into my work bag, and I’ve already used the breathing exercises during a few stressful commutes. It’s surprisingly calming to have 50 different techniques right there when I need them.

The cardstock is surprisingly nice and the deck is compact enough to slip into my work bag without taking up room. I’ve used three exercises so far and found the breathing one really helped calm my mind before a meeting.
